What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that unexpected things can happen, that is why we offer a 24-hour
rescheduling opportunity. Out of respect for our experts and other students, any changes to your session must be made at least 24 hours prior to your session. If you do not reschedule or cancel 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled session and fail to show up to your session, you will be automatically charged a $15 no-show fee to the card used to schedule your session.
